Before you choose the right size according to our size guide, you need to:
- Make sure you are wearing a non-padded bra or lightly line bra.
- A tape measure.
- A mirror to check that you’re measuring correctly.
Step 1
Measure Your Under Bust
- To measure your band size, place the tape measure flat against your skin – directly under your breast.
- Ensure the tape runs horizontally around your torso and is at the same height under your breast as your back.
- Allow your arms to hang down naturally and breathe as normal. Allow space for one finger between your skin and tape measure at the end.
- Round the measurement up to get an exact number in cm or inches. Find this value in our Size chart.
Step 2
Measure Your Over Bust
- To measure your bust size, place the tape measure flat against your skin against the largest part of your breasts – this will usually be at the height of your nipples.
- Once again, ensure the tape is horizontal and at the same height on your front and back.
- Round the measurement up to get an exact number in cm or inches.

How to find your panties size
STEP 1
Measure Your Waist
- Wrap a soft measuring tape snugly around your natural waist.
- Ensure the tape runs horizontally around your waist and is at the same height on your front as your back.
- Round the measurement up to get an exact number in cm or inches.

STEP 2
Measure Your Hips
- Keeping the measuring tape parallel to the ground wrap if around the fullest part of your hips.
- Once again, ensure the tape is horizontal and at the same height on your front and back.
- Round the measurement up to get an exact number in cm or inches.
