Pattern top Inspire
Incredibly comfortable top with triangle cups, made entirely of microfiber.
Top has been crafted without underwiring or padding. Additional support to the breast is given by the side detail of non-stretch mesh and side plastic bones.
Adjustable straps.

Recommended materials for pattern top Inspire

To sew pattern top Inspire choose materials linen group, with the following properties:

  • plastic, soft, stretchable;
  • the material composition can be natural (silk+elastane), artificial (viscose+elastane, modal+elastane) and synthetic fibers (polyamide+elastane, polyester+elastane);
  • for sewing this top, we recommend to use elastic mesh, elastic lace, elastic lace fabrics and knitted fabrics with a stretch factor of 15-20%

In the photo the model is made of stretch microfiber (82% polyamide/18% elastane). This material is soft, flexible and stretchable.

Materials for sewing and consumption (photo of materials in the gallery)

  1. Microfiber (tensile coefficient 0,70 grain line, 0,70 weft) – 40 cm with a width of 1,2 m
  2. Strap elastic width 1 cm – 1 m (length of each strap 40 cm)
  3. Band elastic width 1 cm – 2 m
  4. Band elastic width 0,6 cm – 60 cm
  5. 2 rings, 2 sliders— width 1 cm (width corresponding to the width of the strap elastic)
  6. Channeling width 1 cm – 30 cm
  7. Hook & eye width 2,8 –5,5 cm (the width is specified in the pattern) – 1 pcs.
  8. Plastic bones, the length is specified in the pattern – 2 pcs.
  9. Reinforced sewing thread (thickness 100-120) – 1 spool and/ or on the looper textured thread (thickness 160-240)- 1 spool.
  10. Needles Super stretch or Stretch 75/11

Reguired tools and supplies

  1. Sewing machine
  2. Stream iron
  3. Ironing board

Also need tailor’s needles, glue marker, ultra-fine pins, tailor’s chack, rotary cutter (you can use regular scissors, but suggest using a rotary cutter to get the most precise cut), cutting mat
